Air Peace has commenced daily flight operations from it base at the Murtala Muhammed Airport (MMA), Lagos to Yola Airport in Adamawa State via Abuja Airport.
Speaking at a brief ceremony held in Yola, Mr. Allen Onyema, the Chairman of Airline, said that it commenced the route in order to further satisfy the yearning of its clients on the route who have in recent time asked it to commence flight operations to the city.
He noted that the airline was a product of an undying determination to contribute to the development of the society, stressing that within 39 months of operation; it had given air travellers new choices and had continued to distinguish itself with the excellent on-time departures and high safety standards.
“We are in Yola to offer nothing, but the best air travel experience. We promise not to lower the high standards we have been known for since we started operations. We are quite hopeful that our great experience here will positively impact our plan to expand into other cities in the north of Nigeria and some other grossly underserved areas of the country in the days and months ahead.
