Air Seychelles, the national airline of the Republic of Seychelles, has relocated its Victoria Sales Office at the Independence House to The Quadrant last week.
The new office located in Manglier Street opposite ex STC carpark is open between 8am and 6pm from Mondays to Fridays, and from 8am to 12pm on Saturdays.
Well-placed to serve the communities in Victoria and the north of Mahé, the sales office provides a wide range of services enabling guests to book domestic and international flights, purchase access to the carrier’s Premium and VIP lounges, upgrade their seats to Business Class, amend existing reservations, make arrangements for special meals, purchase extra kilos prior to their travel including other services.
Providing a more comfortable setting for visitors, the new premises will enable the airline to further enhance operational efficiencies and improve guest experience.
Charles Johnson, Chief Commercial Officer of Air Seychelles, said: “Moving the Victoria Sales Office to The Quadrant is ideal as the location is within the commercial centre of the island which makes it easily accessible to the general public.
“The new location will enable our team of trained sales professionals to enhance the service provided to our guests as in the past months there has been a significant increase in the number of walk-in customers booking their travel with Air Seychelles and Etihad Airways.”
To improve customer service and reduce congestion, Air Seychelles is also inviting residents of Seychelles to use the self-service kiosks available at the Victoria Sales Office to book their tickets on airseychelles.com.
Residents of Seychelles located in the south of Mahe are advised to purchase their tickets for travel between Mahé and Praslin or across the airlines regional network at the domestic check-in counters located inside the Seychelles International Airport between 8am and 5pm from Mondays to Fridays, and between 8am to 4pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
