KLM President and CEO, Pieter Elbers has confirmed that during the 2019 Summer Schedule, which runs from 31 March to 26 October, the airline will fly to four new destinations.
The airline will add Naples and Wroclaw to the European network. It will fly to Naples up to twice a week and call at the Polish destination every day. KLM is expanding its long-haul network to include Boston up to four flights a week and Las Vegas up to three flights a week.
As a result, KLM’s capacity will increase by 2.2% (measured in Available Seat Kilometres) in the coming summer season compared to the 2018 summer season.
“We are constantly searching for new opportunities to optimise our network. We are pleased that, by adding these destinations, we can make even more travel options available to our passengers,” said Elbers.
