Although summer enters its final stretch in the Northern Hemisphere, travel agents can still capitalise on their last–minute business as Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL), the innovator in global cruise travel, launches a bonus commission initiative on all Europe 2023 sailings.
From August 1 – 31, agents will receive a bonus commission on each booking placed on Europe 2023 cruises. The amount of the bonus commission depends on the sailing length and the cabin category. For example, travel agents, who book a balcony stateroom on a sailing that is 7 days or longer, will receive USD 75 in addition to their regular commission. By upselling to a higher cabin category, travel agents will be rewarded with a higher bonus commission.
“This is a real opportunity for agents to expand their earnings by selling NCL’s Europe sailings”, says Kevin Bubolz, Managing Director of Continental Europe, Middle East & Africa. “This year’s Europe deployment is appealing to travel agents and their clients alike – not only are our sailings exciting and diverse, but we also offer our guests great value-for-money with many services included in the cruise fare and our Free at Sea upgrade, which includes specialty dining, premium beverages, shore excursion discounts and more.”
Until December 2023, a total of nine ships, including Norwegian Prima and Norwegian Viva, the first two vessels of the Company’s ground-breaking Prima Class, will sail from thirteen homeports in European waters offering a wide variety of 5- to 19-day itineraries. Highlight sailings include:
· With a mix of metropoles such as Amsterdam, the Venice of the North, as well as hidden gems like A Coruña, guests can take a deep dive into Western Europe’s destination variety on board Norwegian Gem’s 12-day roundtrip cruise from Bilbao, Spain.
· Norwegian Star will sail to dramatic landscapes, rich cultures and historic treasures during a 14-day sailing from Tromsø, Norway to Reykjavik, Iceland while taking guests on Vikings’ paths.
