Air France warns of international flight cancellations

Air France has confirmed that it will only operate 50% of its scheduled international flights on 22 February should a 24-hour strike over pay take place.

Air France says it “plans to operate 75% of its flights in view of an estimated 28% of staff planning to strike” and “is making every effort to minimise the inconvenience.”

The airline says it would assure 75% of medium-haul flights and 85% of short-haul flights during the strike action.

It recommends that its customers with a Thursday flight reservation should change their ticket “at no extra cost.”
