The Lufthansa Group Airlines has announced several route additions during its upcoming 2017/2018 winter flight schedule, including flights operated by Austrian Airlines to Seychelles.

Effective, 25 October 25, Austrian Airlines will deploy a Boeing 767 flying passengers to the Mahe, Seychelles. As such, the airline will be offering a winter flight schedule with five long-haul destinations in warmer climates including Mauritius, the Maldives, and Mahé.

As reported earlier this month, Lufthansa subsidiary, Eurowings will also continue to expand its long-haul programme in the winter flight schedule for 2017/2018, with one of the highlights being the introduction of a a weekly flight to Cape Town.
