Travellers are able to use the mobile app to book flights, check in, issue their boarding pass and self-board their flights. They can also check the status of their flights, get arrival and departure times and remain connected and informed throughout their journey in real-time.
Passengers originating from Addis Ababa will have the option to pay either through mobile payment or Internet banking. The airline has said this service provision will gradually replace the ticketing service that is being offered in Addis Ababa.

The mobile applications for iOS and Android devices will enable us to avail a high degree of personalised experience.”
