Airport operations at Cochin Airport in India have been suspended until 28 August due to extreme flooding in the area. As a result, Qatar Airways has suspended all flights to Cochin Airport until 28 August 2018.

Passengers are advised to use the flight status tab on the airline’s website for the latest information or call Qatar Airways’ 24-hour call centre on +974 4023 0000 or +91 79 3061 6000.

As an alternative option for passengers travelling to and from Cochin, QR516 and QR517 between Doha and Cochin from 18 to 28 August will be re-routed to Trivandrum International Airport.

To assist passengers, QR is waiving the cancellation charge and allowing free rebooking/rerouting* within 21 days of original ticketed travel date for all impacted customers whose tickets are issued on or before 15th Aug 2018 for travel up to 28th Aug 2018.
