The new site was created with the user’s experience in mind, enhancing the quality and availability of information for travellers, partners, agents and media. A major aspect of the website is that it is mobile friendly – ensuring that the site operates seamlessly on any mobile device, which allows travellers access to information from anywhere, at any time – as well as being compatible with the latest browser versions.

Designed to display tiered information in a more visually-appealing way, the website highlights important key facts with detailed information only visible as users drill further down into the website. It also includes the latest technology on both the front and back ends of the site, and offers an array of helpful features such as an improved system for loading Safari Albums, an interactive press room with downloadable Press Kit, an improved comments section and linkage to Instagram and other social media outlets. In addition to easy navigation, the blog has a feature for guests and staff to share their own images and experiences.
